A tiny red hooded rider takes us on an over-whale-mingly cute maritime adventure!
"My mother always said I could do or make whatever I wanted as long as I cleaned up when I finished... so I made up a storm, books, treasure hunt maps for the neighborhood kids, movies, tents, sold art works, soft toys, sandals out of old lino etc...
A few years ago my husband gave me a swimming with the sharks voucher, I wasn't afraid of the sharks as much as putting on a wet suit!!! so it was with this thought in mind that I started drawing myself riding on sea creatures in a wet suit.
A good poke around an antique shop or finding things to add to my growing collections usually gets me in the creative mood."

I draw my inspiration from everywhere outdoors: nature, flowers and plants, birds and insects, cityscapes and buildings, food...
I put on my favorite true crime podcast and can get lost drawing for hours.
My son found a huge green caterpillar in our backyard once, and we've never seen anything like it before. We did some research and found out that it was called a Luna Moth. I was instantly inspired by its beautiful colors and graceful shape and so the print was born."
