Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping:

All orders with a domestic delivery address come with Free Standard Shipping.

Our Standard Shipping delivery promise is 3-5 working days

If you wish to receive your product sooner, we do offer Express shipping (2-3 working days) and Priority shipping (1-2 working days) which comes at an additional fixed fee.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your specific tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package's status.

Lost Packages:

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team hi@boba.com who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being shipped and signed for at the shipping address our liability ceases. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Care Team who will deal with the matter.

Damaged products:

We make every effort to ensure the products that you order are shipped in good condition, however, some products can get damaged in transit so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos at hi@boba.com. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns:

We understand that the inability to authorise returns may lead to the need for refunds in some cases. Please contact our customer service team if you have concerns regarding the quality of a product you received or if an item arrived damaged or defective.

    Refunds:

    Due to the present situation, we are unable to accept any returns at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are doing everything possible to limit the impact of this situation on our customers.

    Cancellations:

    We can work with you to attempt to cancel your order before it is shipped, although this may not be possible technically. Please contact our Customer Care Team at hi@boba.com if you wish to cancel your order. We also offer a 60 day money back guarantee, subject to certain conditions.
